Seminar Crowds now has a Color option available for your mailers. Color on one side of our Standard Mailer is $.04 additional per piece; Color on both sides of the Mailer is $.06 additional per piece.

Early Bird Special!
All applications received and paid for at least 14 days before your Estimated Mail Date will be given our Early Bird Special and the $125 processing fee will not be charged.
Address Gathering Fee for RSVP of $35.00
We drop one cent per mail piece if the client handles their own RSVP calls.
We drop one cent per mail piece if the client has their own mailing list.
Large and Giant sizes are mailed priority to the regional distribution center and then delivered to the local post office via standard mail. According to the USPS the large cards should land in 5-6 days, but our experience has shown that they can take up to 12 days, maybe even longer if mailing over a Holiday.
As you count the days on the calendar, be sure to count only USPS mailing days, which does not include Sundays or Holidays.
